As a Contractor for 25 years, I hired Diamond Air to replace my 4 Lennox HVAC units . I put them under pressure to perform quickly as my custom post modern hi tech home was to host Apple TV for a 10 day photoshoot/TV episode. I requested 3 5 ton Lennox SEER package units and a 5 ton Lennox split system along with space age air scrubber tech and NEST controllers along with total return and supply vent cleaning of of 40 areas. Diamond Air was professionally equipped, courteous, value priced and prompt. This company beat out bids from WeCare, Nexgen, and some smaller quality subs.

I have been a customer of diamond air services for 2 years now and they just keep on continuing to impress me with there excellent service I called them out for my elderly parents furnace problems being elderly they can’t be without heat especially in the winter I called Howie at diamond air he sent Mac out the next morning he did his troubleshooting and that young man did not stop till he fixed all my parents furnace issues a different company would of said well your furnace is very old why not replace it my parents are on a set income and Mac new that he told me that if would of through in the towel and have up he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night and to me that is pretty impressive believe me I know cause I’ve been through a lot of company’s before I found diamond air there is no other company out there that tops this company call them if you want a honest company

If you are looking for a reliable professional HVAC company look no further. Anthony is your guy when it comes to HVAC system installation or repair. I am a licensed professional mechanical engineer and I know when I see a professional who knows his sh. Don’t take my word for it. Because I know there are a lot of micky mousses out there. Give them a call. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I had another great experience with Diamond air today. So tenants called me and told me that the AC unit doesn’t blow cold air anymore. I contacted Diamond Air immediately and they managed to send someone to check out the unit the same day, and that someone happen to be the owner Howie! As so many reviews mentioning, this business has grown so fast because of their excellent customer service and integrity. Howie was very patient with me, explained everything to me step by step, but most importantly, he’s an very honest man! He could’ve easily trick me since I know nothing about AC but he chose not to do so.
I’ve worked with so many different contractors and I realized that contractors who have both skills and integrity are very difficult to find. In this case, Diamond Air definitely have my business for life!

Again, this company has pulled through for me last minute! My ac unit wasn’t blowing out cold air and it wasn’t even blowing the air out as well! I had relatives coming the same day and the owner Anthony heard my request and he immediately got someone over to save the day! I will be a customer for life! I had Howie and Co. from Diamond Air come out about 6 months ago to see if they could help re-direct heat and a/c from the main unit into areas of my home that weren’t heating or cooling well. It was kind of a retrofit job from an old installation that was trying to serve a new addition to the house, and not working very well.
From my initial contact, through a checkup today, I have been delighted with Diamond Air. Communication has been top-notch and the automated messages, invoicing, etc have made it really easy to deal with them. Best of all, they not only showed up- on time!- they fixed the problem!
It’s so annoying dealing with service companies that can’t seem to handle the basics of business… doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence when they can’t return a call that they actually can solve the bigger problem you contacted them about. Everyone from Diamond Air has been professional, punctual, and problem-solving!

They gave me an estimate on installing a new air conditioning system. Very detail oriented, they really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Estimate was very detailed. We ended up selecting a different company but I would still recommend them as they were very professional through the process.

We just had our HVAC replaced in our 27 year old house and we are beyond pleased with the service and product that we got from Diamond Air! We invited 4 local companies to bid on the project and boy, was that an experience. Most of the sales people didn’t listen to what we wanted product wise and only wanted to pitch us their premier product. Only 2 of the 4 companies followed up after providing a quote which lead us to feel like, if they don’t follow up on that, what can we expect to get on service.
Anthony from Diamond Air was a breath of fresh air. He came out and actually went into our attic to check out the current system including the ducts. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened. The quote we got from Diamond was detailed and included all of the services that they were providing; there wouldn’t be any surprises. Anthony was there for us from the start to the finish and beyond. He was sincere in wanting to be sure we were satisfied with the job.
Once we agreed on a model and moved forward, Michael the Service Manager and his team came out to do the install. All of Diamond installers who came out were NATE certified. They got the job done quickly and with no drama. Thank you to the entire team!

I’m really impressed with Diamond Air Services. They were easy to schedule for a free quote. I contacted several contractors and some were flaky and don’t call back. Believe it or not, I had one contractor who gave me a quote without even seeing the system…. Diamond Air came out and looked at the old system, including the condenser unit, the furnace, and even the ducts in the attic. They gave me a competitive quote. I also like that they did not try to upsell me. They asked how we use our AC, which isn’t as much as a lot of other people, so they said we could consider a slightly less efficient but perhaps more cost-effective package. Some of the other contractors keeps trying to sell me the most expensive unit.

Diamond Air is the best. They are trustworthy, offers excellent service, knowledgeable and won’t up sell you on products you don’t need. I had vetted several HVAC companies, some were high pressured sale pitch rep that wouldn’t leave my house unless I signed on the dotted line. I was totally annoyed and asked them to leave. When Anthony came to look at my ageing HVAC system, he gave his honest assessment and provided a list of options. His crew handled themselves with professionalism and were easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I had the city permit officer come by to look at their work and confirmed that the installation met city code and regulations. Hire them.
