These guys are truly GREAT guys; the entire team provided an exceptional experience and will be my only go to HVAC team going forward.  I had previously had 3 poor experiences with other companies over the last 5 years and was dreading making the appointments for price estimates on a new air conditioning system.  I researched what I could on condensers, evaporator coils, SEER ratings, unit sizes, and brands to ensure I could tell if I was being up-sold.  I met with 3 companies but the decision was an easy one:

Anthony arrived to the appointment exactly at the time we scheduled, listened to what I had to say and inspected the system.  His feedback was exactly what my research had led me to expect and I could tell he was being honest.  He offered 2 options in his quote and then provided a third at my request, which ended up improving the SEER rating for the system I wanted. 
The pricing was within the range I expected and he guaranteed he could have his team out within a week if needed.  He did exactly that.

We scheduled the service date for today between 8AM - 9AM.  At 8AM I see 5 company vehicles pull up to the driveway, and begin to unload a ladder and equipment.  They introduced all of the team and provided me with an explanation of what they planned to get started on.  They quickly spread out drop cloths in all the areas they expected to need access to, ensuring they protected my carpet and stairs; they even brought their own shoe covers too.  

I love tools and learning, so I hung out with the guys (Mike and Mac) working on the condensers outside and really had a wonderful time talking with them.  I was out there for 5 hours but I had a fantastic experience and these guys are just really honest and down to Earth; nothing but good vibes!  

Carl and Oscar (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) were also really great guys and did all the work replacing the evaporator coils in the hot attic; they offered to paint the attic entrance (I had damaged the day prior) and made sure to vacuum any bit of insulation that had found its way out during the installation.  

Anthony made sure everything was done perfectly and that the show ran smoothly; we got a chance to speak some more and he answered a few more questions for me.

These guys were nothing short of fantastic!!  I honestly had just the best experience with the entire team, and really appreciate the respect they showed my home and family.  

Anthony, Mike, Mac, Carl, Oscar; you guys ROCK!!!  I really appreciate your honesty, experience, and effort in completing a job originally scheduled for 2 days in only 1!  My house is now ready for the summer and you turned an event I was dreading into a really positive experience!

I was in the market for a new AC unit and I did my due diligence like any other buyer, I must say hands down this is the best experience I've ever had. This is a long time due review. I hired Diamond Air to replace the AC unit and they did great job but accidentally they caused a leaked and my just fixed ceiling got damaged again. I contacted them and they are willing to help me patch the drywall again. But I just couldn't find a good time slot for them to come in. I used this company last year to install my HVAC system and they did a great job.  The team was very professional and great at what they do.  Today Mac came out to do the annual maintenance and he was very quick and knowledgeable, most importantly he was on time. AC wasn't working. Mac came by and found out that there was actually two problems, both the condenser and a faulty thermostat. He was professional, friendly and helpful, explaining the problem and what caused the issues. He even waived the installation fee for the new thermostat.

My mom has severe asthma and these Santa Ana winds really triggered it badly that she had to be hospitalized. So I did what any child would do... get a air purifier and deep clean the house. But deep down, I knew that wasn't enough. So I had the idea of getting our air ducts cleaned out since it's been forever. Yelp was my go-to and I researched around based on reviews or worksmanship, knowledge, and the availability of appointments. I found Diamond Air services and they came out the next day! Will and Dylan were great! They were courteous, polite and made sure we understand everything going on. Every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company and will refer them to our neighbors needing this type of cleaning. Used diamond air a few times. Happy each time. Mac is very good at his job. No Bs get to the bottom of the issue. Good guy. One time I had a check up on my ac unit . Was fine 2 day later a part went out. Called diamond they apologizing I didn't catch the bad part came out the same day and fix the issue no questions asked very good customer service
